How does you choose what to sell?
We’ve come in contact with lots of great products over the years, and what you see in our store are our absolute favorites, tested and approved by the From Lisbon With Love staff. You will find products that have the identity, culture and heritage of Portugal.
All products are handled individually for best quality and we use the best apparel brands like: Bella + Canvas, Champion, American Apparel, Gildan, Alternative, Anvil, LAT and Next Level.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We take about 2-5 business days to create the products and ship them. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination.
98% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
How much does shipping cost?
Our shipping system will always try to find you the best shipping price for the items that you choose and the destination of the order, we recommend you to check your Shopping Cart and choose the Shipping Method you want, and we will calculate automatically the best shipping price.
Your orders are printed and fulfilled at our fulfillment centers, two of them are located in the USA, and we have more two across the pond in Riga, Latvia and in Barcelona, Spain.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. When we ship your order we’ll include a tracking number and send you an email update, tracking numbers will be active if the shipping method that you choose allow it.

Check the Coupons & Discounts page on our website, follow us in our social media accounts to get the latest store coupons that you can use in the checkout process, you can also subscribe to our newsletter to receive updates, promotions and exclusive sales.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept most payments including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club via PayPal’s secure global payment system and we also accept payments in Bitcoin and other Cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin / Bitcoin Cash / Ethereum / Litecoin / USDC) using Coinbase Commerce secure payment system.
Do I need a PayPal account to pay with Credit Cards?
No, you don’t have to have a PayPal account to make a PayPal payment. You can make one-off payments through PayPal using your credit card without registering for an account.
Do I need an account to purchase?
No, you are not required to create or have an account to purchase from our store, However if you already have one you may use your account. Please make sure all your contact info is updated on your account to avoid any issues.
How do I return a product?
We typically only offer returns in the case of damaged items. That said, if you are unhappy with an item you have received, please email us within 15 days of your delivery and we will do our best to make it right.
Please advise: we are not responsible for addresses entered incorrectly and will ship to the address that is on your order so please be sure to confirm the address to which you are shipping.
When returns are possible, they will be for From Lisbon With Love shop credit.
How should I wash my T-shirts?
In order for you to prolong the life of your custom DTG premium print, we suggest following the care instructions: Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.
Are the face masks coverings CPSIA compliant?
Yes. All our face coverings are made in compliance with the CPSIA requirements. You can find our compliance certificates here.
Are the packaging materials recyclable?
The poly bags used in our packaging are recyclable, biodegradable, 100% virgin polyethylene film, FDA and USDA compliant.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
At this time we do not offer gift wrapping.
